I spent 30 years working for various local authorities in the south of England in administrative and managerial posts and I am now retired. In 1995 I became a Magistrate and sit in the Magistrates Court specializing in adult and youth court work.

Having joined the Minstead Training Trust in 2005 as a volunteer I was adopted onto the board of Trustees in 2007, initially responsible for Health and Safety. I am now the Chairman of the Trust.
