Pregnancy Yoga is a safe, simple, natural method of preparing for childbirth. Classes combine relaxation techniques along with gentle stretching, strengthening and breathing techniques to teach you the skills needed for birth.
Social Distancing in place – 10 Spaces available
Classes are a great opportunity to meet other mums to-be, why not a stay and enjoy refreshments in the on-site cafe.
All participants MUST complete and return a health questionnaire before the start of the class to the instructor to ensure the class has been planned to fit your specific pregnancy needs.
