Location: Totton and Minstead

Job Type: Part-time, permanent bank work, hours to suit around you (No set contracted hours)

Salary: £10.93* Per Hour
*Bank Workers Hourly Rate is £9.75 per hour plus an additional Holiday Entitlement uplift of 12.07%

Sleep Ins are available at a great rate of £62.64-£70.47 per night! (Based on 8 hours)

The Trust is over 30 years old and has grown from humble beginnings to become an organisation of over 100 people delivering care to adults with wide-ranging care needs across three counties.

We are looking for caring, creative and motivated people to join our professional Supported Living Team.

About the role: 

Supporting people to achieve their individual goals in health and independence.
Providing back-up to the service when there are team shortages.

Job Description:

  • Providing high quality support and effective communication that promotes dignity and respect
  • Supporting people to access meaningful activities within the building and their local community
  • Supporting people with their health and independence, including personal care if needed
  • Maintain service records.
