Support Worker (Full Time/Part Time) from a minimum of 16 – 37.5 hours per week
Based in Lyndhurst, New Forest (off of the M27!)
Flexible shifts over a 24/7 week, 365 days a year – Salary – £20,475 FTE (£10.50 per hour)

What is a Support worker?
The day-to-day job of a support worker with Minstead Trust’s Residential Team differs depending on the needs of the people being supported.
This can include helping individuals carry out their daily tasks to take care of themselves, teaching new skills, providing emotional support, and ensuring they are living a fulfilled life.
