Sponsor projects
As a charity, supporting people with learning disabilities we provide opportunities for training and employment. Projects that enable people to develop and reach their potential are a key part of our work – such as our Friendship and Advice groups, and our Skill Up for Independence short courses. Your sponsorship of one of these support groups for £1,500 would allow us to run the group for a period of six months, helping us to cover room hire, material, promotion and staffing costs.
Sponsorship of one of our hospitality trainees for £2,000 would allow us to support them to receive the necessary skills to obtain supported places in our social enterprises and eventually full time employment.

We have to provide equipment for those we care for to help them reach their objectives in work, life skills and health and well-being.
- You could sponsor the running costs for one of our minibuses for a period of a year for £5,000.
- We run workshops in art and ceramics at our Day Opportunities in the New Forest and Portsmouth. Sponsorship of one of these workshops for £5,000 per year would allow us to purchase all the necessary materials and equipment to run these workshops.
- We constantly need equipment for our extensive gardens where we support those with learning disabilities in horticulture. A sponsorship of £2,000 for our gardening equipment would enable us to purchase hand tools, wheelbarrows and service our mechanical equipment such as sit on mowers and small tractors.
- Sponsor one of our allotments at Minstead Trust for £500 to allow those we support grow their own fruit and vegetables helping them to achieve their healthy living objectives.
