Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week 

Salary: £17,550

We are looking for a receptionist to act as the first point of contact for visitors to Minstead Lodge and coordinate the reception area.

Role Purpose:

To be a member of a the Minstead Trust team providing support and guidance to students according to their abilities and requirements; helping them towards greater independence by encouraging and instructing them to cater for their own needs as far as possible and liaising with other members of the staff teams.


  • To manage the reception area and telephony system
  • To communicate in a polite and professional manner with visitor, staff and students
  • To maintain car insurance logs, central filing and archiving systems at Minstead Lodge
  • To support the senior management team with ad hoc administrative duties
  • To be present in relevant meetings and produce minutes
  • To maintain supplies of stationery and related equipment
  • To undertake any other work as required
