Step Up For Work is a work programme for people with learning disabilities, autism and other additional needs.

The innovative, personalised 12 month programme runs in the New Forest and Portsmouth is a combination of pre-work training and in-work mentoring.

It will help you gain skills and work experience in a social enterprise:

  • Hanger Farm Arts Centre
  • Furzey Gardens and tea rooms
  • Minstead Lodge conference and wedding venue
  • Other social enterprises not run by Minstead Trust.

By the end of the course you will have gained practical work skills, undertaken a work placement and be ready to look for a paid role.
