Entrance and membership updates for 2024

18 January 2024

We are looking forward to another season of welcoming you to Furzey – we can’t wait to get going!

We have been hard at work making improvements to the gardens, increasing the involvement of people with learning disabilities and improving things for visitors.

Over the last few months we have undertaken a review of our entrance and membership donation levels, in the face of continuing high inflation. Following this we have made a few changes to enable the gardens to continue to flourish and support people with learning disabilities.

Garden entrance

Our online suggested entrance donations have been frozen for 2024. However we will be introducing a per ticket booking charge for tickets booked online. This booking charge will help us to cover the cost of using the ticket system, which are significant.

This booking charge will not apply to member tickets, under 5’s gold passes or disability/carer tickets. Online entrance tickets are:

  • Adults £9 (plus 50p booking charge)
  • Children £5 (plus 50p booking charge)
  • Family £25 (plus £1.50 booking charge)

Booking in advance online remains the cheapest option and helps us to manage our capacity, staffing and also our car park. We continue to request that all visitors, including members, book online.

Our on the gate ticket prices for 2024 are:

  • Adults £10
  • Children £6
  • Family £27
  • Under 5’s FREE

Membership

Our membership suggested donation levels have been static for a number of years. Following a review we have made the decision to increase our standard membership cost, gold membership remains unchanged. Our new membership suggested costs will be as follows:

  • Single membership £26
  • Two person membership £50
  • Gold single membership £49
  • Gold two person £99

New for 2024: Lifetime membership

For the first time we are excited to be offering you the chance to do something amazing to support our work and receive unlimited visits to the gardens for life.

Dogs at Furzey Gardens

Our trial to allow well behave dogs on leads in the gardens over the quieter winter months continues, this runs up to the end of February. From 1 March, Furzey Gardens will revert back to only allowing assistance dogs on leads.
