The tea rooms are now closed for the foreseeable future to limit the spread of coronavirus in line with Government advice. We look forward to welcoming visitors back to Furzey as soon as it is safe to do so.

The thatched tea rooms are the perfect place to meet with friends whatever the weather. Cosy corners are made for sipping hot drinks in colder weather, while the covered terrace offers a relaxing spot to enjoy views of the garden during spring and summer.

We offer a range of barista coffees, teas and other hot and cold drinks, with a tempting selection of cakes. There is a menu of hot and cold snacks including ploughmans lunches, jacket potatoes and seasonal soups as well as sandwiches

Afternoon tea is a real treat (pre-booking essential), with famously tasty homemade cakes and quintessentially English cream teas.

Why not pop along and enjoy a drink and a slice of cake, or perhaps a cream tea? Our cream tea includes two scones of your choice with clotted cream and jam, with a pot of tea for one, all for £7.95.

You don’t have to be visiting the gardens to enjoy the spectacular views from the terrace, our tea rooms are free to enter.

We also take group bookings for afternoon tea. Call 023 8081 2464 to find out more.

Browse our selection of seasonal gifts and crafts by local artists as well as unique gifts and crafts made by people with learning disabilities from Minstead Trust.

The gardens are open daily until sunset. However, please note that toilets and baby change facilities are only available during tea rooms opening times.
