Richard is passionate about seeking positive change for people with learning disabilities.
Richard is vocal about ensuring Minstead Trust is truly working in line with the wants and needs of the people who rely on the support provided.
He not only highlights areas where he believes more could be done, but he also volunteers himself to be a part of actioning positive change.
Connor, who works as a Senior Instructor and helps support Richard said:
‘He is vocal about different charitable causes…and it’s not just raising money for Minstead. His ideas…about making other people’s lives, including his own a lot more enriched.’
