I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002 and moved into charity sector in 2006, as I really wanted to use my finance skills to make a difference.

Since then,  I have focused on working with charities that support people to live their best lives.   I joined Minstead as Director of Finance in January 2023 as I loved the variety of ways that Minstead supports with people with learning disabilities.
