YOU can make a difference and help change lives of people living with a learning disability. We are always interested to hear from people who would like to give some of their time to help support the work of Minstead Trust.

There are plenty of volunteering opportunities available at Minstead Trust. We are particularly looking for the following roles:

Front of House Assistant - Hanger Farm Arts Centre

We are looking for friendly volunteers to be part of our front of house team during performance nights - especially on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday evening.

This may include collecting tickets on the door and showing people to their seats or working behind the bar in busy times.

Hanger Farm boasts a hugely vibrant atmosphere and we look forward to welcoming enthusiastic individuals who enjoy engaging with the general public and working as a team.

Any necessary training will be given and volunteers may also watch the performances!

Community Relations and Events Volunteer.

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic volunteers to help support the increasing number of events that Minstead Trust hold throughout the year. These can range from a celebration Wine & Cheese evening and outdoor theatre productions in the glorious setting of Furzey Gardens to a spooky night of Murder Mystery in our stunning Victorian Lodge! (Both are in the New Forest, just off the M27). We also need a committed team of volunteers to help raise awareness of the charity within the community and offer support at local events. This might include manning an information stand at a local fete, helping with the placement of collection tins in local businesses or helping to put up event posters in shops, libraries and noticeboards.
