How does it work?

  • Week 1: We assess your website and online presence, with a focus on accessibility

  • Week 2: Our Mystery Shoppers visit your venue and experience your service first-hand

  • Week 3: We compile a detailed report with clear, practical recommendations

  • Week 4: You receive your report, with the option of a presentation and Q&A session (£75 add-on)
