Support Worker – New Forest Supported Living
Full-time and part-time hours available (20-37.5 hours per week)
Flexible shifts over a 24/7 week, 365 days a year (Incl. weekends, bank holidays and sleep-in shifts on a rota basis)
£12.25 per hour rising to £13.25 per hour, subject to completion of a satisfactory skills assessment after 6 months.

As a Support Worker, you’ll be engaging directly with those we support, inspiring fun and creativity whilst encouraging independence and allowing individuals to live, happy, healthy and fulfilling lives.
The role:
- To support individuals to meet their goals and outcomes in health, wellbeing and independence
- Assist individuals with their personal, social and healthcare needs as required, whilst maintaining accurate records
- To work as part of a team as well as lone working within the community as needed
- Work with allocated individuals as their keyworker
- Interact and communicate with the people you support in a way that promotes dignity and respect
- Support individuals with everyday tasks as required.
What are we looking for?
- Motivated, honest and approachable individuals who are great at building and nurturing relationships
- Experience of providing high levels of care and support to those with learning disabilities in a social care setting
- Aspirations to develop skills at support worker level and beyond
- Flexibility to work shifts 24/7, 365 days a year including weekends and bank holidays as well as sleep in shifts on a rota basis.
- Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care is desirable but training will be provided.
- A full UK driving licence with access to a motorised vehicle is essential
