My name's Liam. I live in a house with 4 other tenants. I like living here. I have learned to be more independent. I have some routines every day so that I remember what I need to do and my support worker reminds me if there are things I forget.

I can do most of the jobs I need to to do look after myself, with just a bit of help and reminders:washing, cleaning, shopping, budgeting, banking, planning what to eat and support with any appointments.

I like helping to keep the garden looking nice.

I like helping to organise days out with other tenants.

My favourite thing is going out with friends to play pool, or going to the local club. We go on day trips with other people who have support from Minstead Trust and I go to the Gateway club.

I support Southampton and I have a season ticket, so I can go to matches with my brother. My support workers help me make the arrangements, and keep in contact with my family whenever I want to.
