
If you would benefit from sharing your experiences and learning from other family carers, our Carers Share and Shape session is for you.
These sessions are informal evening online sessions, created specifically for family carers and will be facilitated by Alice, as part of a research partnership between Minstead Trust and the University of Essex.
These sessions give you the space to chat and share experiences. They will also offer the opportunity to contribute to Alice’s research if you wish to. Your insights will help identify the barriers family carers face and inform better ways of working, both at Minstead Trust and across the wider system.
These sessions are separate from our Online Carers Community, which continues to offer monthly daytime sessions. There, you can connect with others with lived experience, share insights, and develop links that support your caring journey.
