Tearoom Manager – Furzey Gardens
Location: Minstead, Hampshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (including weekends)
Salary: £28,002 per annum

Nestled in the heart of the New Forest, Furzey Gardens is a place where people come to relax, reconnect with nature and enjoy delicious homemade food. Every cup of tea and slice of cake served helps support Minstead Trust’s work with people with neuro disabilities.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and commercially minded Tearoom Manager to lead our welcoming team, deliver outstanding customer experiences and grow a thriving social enterprise that changes lives.
What you’ll do:
You’ll lead the day-to-day operation of our Tearooms, balancing commercial success with our charitable purpose. You’ll inspire a team of staff, volunteers, and people with neuro disabilities, creating a welcoming environment where everyone can thrive.

About you:
You’ll have experience managing a café, restaurant or food retail business and be someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems and creating memorable visitor experiences.
You’ll bring:
Experience supporting people with neuro disabilities is welcome but not essential, we’ll provide training if you have the right values and enthusiasm.
