Salary: £12.75 per hour

This can be done through support to live in their own homes, learning new skills at day opportunities, or receiving work training to move towards employment.

The role:
- To support individuals to meet their goals and outcomes in health, wellbeing and independence
- Assist individuals with their personal, social, and healthcare needs as required whilst maintaining accurate records
- To work as part of a team as well as lone working within the community as needed
- Work with allocated individuals as their keyworker
- Interact and communicate with the people you support in a way that promotes dignity and respect
- Support individuals with everyday tasks as required.
What are we looking for?
- Motivated, honest and approachable individuals who are great at building and nurturing relationships
- Experience of providing high levels of care and support to those with learning disabilities in a social care setting
- Aspirations to develop skills at support worker level and beyond
- Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care is desirable but training will be provided
- A full valid driving licence is essential.

- Due to the role, a UK valid Driving licence is essential
- This role will be subject to an enhanced DBS Disclosure, which the cost incurred will be paid by Minstead Trust
