Support Worker – Supported Living (Portsmouth)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Hourly Rate: £12.75 per hour

About the role:

As a Support Worker, you’ll work directly with neuro disabled people, helping to build their skills, confidence and independence. No two days are the same, but your impact always is.

You’ll work as a part of our Portsmouth Services Area, predominantly within supported living but occasionally within our Day Opportunities and outreach support programmes.

You’ll be supporting people with:

  • Daily living tasks (cooking, cleaning, shopping)
  • Personal, social and healthcare needs
  • Attending university, education and activities
  • Achieving goals around health, wellbeing and independence
  • Community involvement and social opportunities
  • Keyworking responsibilities and accurate record‑keeping.
