Royce is a valued member of the maintenance team here at Minstead Trust.
Royce has been an inspiration to the maintenance team. His abilities have shone through with each new task he has been presented with. Most notably Royce is not afraid to experiment on doing things in his way, highlighting how comfortable he is in his work.
Col, the Maintenance Manager said, ‘Royce puts every effort into giving his all. He questions not only how to do something but why. He sometimes offers different ideas and approaches.’
Royce is a wonderful example of what people with learning disabilities can achieve when opportunities are made available.
When asked what he enjoys the most about being part of the maintenance team, Royce said ‘I like all of it because you get to learn different skills.’
