Richard Cooper

I have worked collaboratively with Minstead Trust through Empowering Employment to provide meaningful work for people with learning disabilities within our business. I have seen first-hand how the Trust works to achieve its vision of a society where people with learning disabilities can enjoy fulfilling lives of their own choosing, and I am proud of the employees we now have working with us in paid employment.

With a background in asset management and property maintenance, and a deep appreciation of focusing on people as well as properties, I am passionate about creating safer, more inclusive environments where individuals can thrive.

I am honoured to become a Trustee and to support the development and future growth of the Trust.
