Sam Agnew

My connection with Minstead Trust began in 2021 when I volunteered at Hanger Farm Arts Centre. The organisation’s positive, person-centred approach and commitment to helping people achieve their ambitions immediately resonated with me. Since then, I have served as a trustee, contributed to several committees and helped shape the Trust’s ten-year strategy. It is a privilege to now join Minstead Trust’s leadership team as Chief Operating Officer.

My career has focused on leading services and organisations that create positive social impact. Previous roles include Director of Charitable Impact and Community Services at The Brendoncare Foundation and a national leadership role with Community Rail Network. I am passionate about building strong teams, developing inclusive services and creating opportunities for people and communities to thrive.

I am excited to help lead Minstead Trust into its next chapter and support even more people to live the lives they choose.
