Salary: £12.75 per hour

As a Bank Support Worker, you’ll provide support across our Supported Living Service and Day Service. You’ll be engaging directly with those we support and will make a real difference to individual lives. We support individuals to enable them to engage in sessions, discover and develop skills, abilities and interests, make local community connections and achieve greater independence and fulfilment.
The role:
- Assist individuals with their personal, social and healthcare needs as required whilst maintaining accurate records
- Provide a safe working environment for all by complying with organisational and regulatory requirements
- Assist individuals in completing day-to-day household tasks including cleaning and food shopping
- To work as part of a team but also to lone work in the community as needed.
- Interact and communicate with the people we support in a way that promotes dignity and respect
- To act as an ambassador for the Trust when liaising with families, carers and other professionals
What are we looking for?
- Responsible, motivated, and honest individuals
- Good communication skills
- Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social care is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of food hygiene is desirable but not essential.
