Fundraise for Minstead Trust and you will help us change the lives of more people with learning disabilities.
You might want to take on a personal challenge and collect sponsorship from family and friends. Our fundraisers have run marathons, jumped out of planes and abseiled down buildings.
Or you might want to run an event to raise much-needed funds for our cause. Perhaps a murder mystery evening, black tie dinner or auction. We are always delighted to hear from groups keen to support a local charity.

Take on a challenge
If you fancy challenging yourself, have you thought about these fundraising activities:
- Go Sky Dive – take yourself to great heights.
If you raise £450 or more in sponsorship for either 10000ft or 15000ft jump, then all you have to pay is your £50 booking deposit. To book and find out more visit Go Sky Dive and email Lesley.brooks@minsteadtrust.org.uk to let us know your jump plans! - Abseil the Spinnaker Tower – you pay for your place and set your own fundraising target
- Run the ABP Marathon, Half or 10k in Southampton or Half in Winchester your place is free if you can raise £150 or more
- Walk the Test Way – take on the South’s walking challenge, you pay to register and set your own fundraising target
Run a fundraising event
We are fortunate to be supported by many groups and organisations who run fundraising events in aid of Minstead Trust. Rotary clubs, sports clubs and arts groups are just some of the organisations who have raised important funds to support our work.
We can help you with advice and guidance as well as coverage for your support on our social media channels and in some cases in the local press.

Sign up for the centenary walk to raise funds for Furzey Gardens and the people it supports.
We are delighted to be partnering with Ordnance Survey for our self-guided centenary walk, raising money and celebrating our 100 years.
You’re invited to sign up, take on the walk, and get sponsored. Help us to do even more to support people with learning disabilities at the gardens and beyond by taking on this 7km walk, through countryside around Furzey Gardens.
