Josephine’s experience comes from many years of working in consulting and, latterly, in HR within financial services companies. She currently acts as the Group Head of Performance & Reward at Hargreaves Lansdown and is also a member of the Remuneration Committee at Bournemouth University.
Josephine says she was looking for an opportunity to serve on a board that was local and offered individuals with learning disabilities the opportunities to fulfil their individual abilities, and Minstead Trust fitted.
