Hanger Farm Arts Centre is run by Minstead Trust hosting a variety of live performances including music, comedy and theatre to the local community. It also provides an exciting venue for conference events, weddings and hosts a number of community groups. Alongside all of this, the centre offers invaluable work experience opportunities for people with learning disabilities in its relaxing and welcoming community café.
Whatever the time of day, we usually have something exciting going on so come and join a happy team of like-minded people who all enjoy engaging with those at the heart of their local community.

Friendly, cheerful and dynamic, our Front of House role requires someone who really enjoys engaging with the general public, meeting new people and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
