Step Up For Work is a work programme for people with learning disabilities, autism and other additional needs.

The innovative, personalised 12 month programme runs in the New Forest and Portsmouth and will help you gain skills and work experience in a social enterprise:

  • Hanger Farm Arts Centre
  • Furzey Gardens and tea rooms
  • Minstead Lodge conference and wedding venue
  • Other social enterprises not run by Minstead Trust.

By the end of the course you will have gained practical work skills, undertaken a work placement and be ready to look for a paid role.
